About Dr. Mahwish Khan, B.Sc., OD
Dr. Mahwish Khan’s journey into optometry began with a childhood fascination inspired by her father, an ophthalmologist. Today, she combines that lifelong passion with her extensive education and clinical expertise to provide exceptional care to her patients.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from McGill University, Dr. Khan pursued her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo.
As part of her clinical training, Dr. Khan completed an externship in therapeutics and ocular disease at Omni Eye Services in Atlanta, where she gained valuable experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of eye conditions. She further enhanced her skills through several primary care rotations across Ontario. Dr. Khan is committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality vision care to her patients.
Outside of her clinical work, she values maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

About Dr. Mohit Adlakha, B.Sc, OD, MBA (Healthcare Management)
Dr. Mohit Adlakha graduated with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
He then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from MCPHS University and further pursued an MBA in Healthcare Management. He is licensed by the College of Optometrists of Ontario and certified to prescribe Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents in Canada.
Dr. Adlakha is passionate about providing comprehensive eye care and serving his community. His clinical training includes experience at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center in Boston, MA, the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Batavia, NY, and the Eye Centers of South Florida in Miami, FL. This extensive background enables him to deliver full-scope eye care with the highest quality standards.
Outside of work, Dr. Adlakha enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and golf, and exploring different cuisines.
